    - @ First line inden >> It is to align according to preference,either letters or numbers on the 
            first line of a word or a sentence that has been blocked.
      @ Hanging inden >> Its to align according to preference on the letters or numbers on the the
            second line,third, and so on with in a blocked sentence.

    - insert a new colum in a table by....
      @ Place the cursor on a table that wiil be inserted a column
      @ Click the Layout tab,look in yhe Rows and Column group
      @ if we are to insert a new column on the left side, click Insert Left

          - Choose one of the spacing following options
          - Click OK to set spacing acccording to the prefence

        c. Afterwards,you can make a mail merge main document.
